This study aims to explore the benefits and challenges of using Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) in teaching English with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at Chau Van Liem Primary School. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed in this study. Participants included 2 English teachers and 100 third and fifth-grade students. The results indicate that the application of TELL brings numerous benefits, such as increasing students’ concentration and motivation, helping them develop collaboration skills and self-assessment in the English learning process. Additionally, several challenges were identified, including issues related to ICT skills, infrastructure, teacher attitudes, and classroom time management.
