Cải thiện phát âm cho người học tiếng Anh tổng quát bằng các bài Nhạc Pop tiếng Anh: Nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tại một trường đại học ở miền Tây Nam Bộ

The article describes the experimental procedure of teaching English liaisons through eight (8) English pop songs attached semi-cloze-test exercises on the lyrics after eight (8) weeks of testing on 2 groups of students learning general English for scientific-majored adolescents (EFL) at a university in the Southwest of Vietnam, 36 participants for each of experimental and controlled groups. Quasi-experimental was done under quantitative approach to investigate and collect data from pre-test and post-test, research data were released through version-26 SPSS algorithms. The findings demonstrated students’ improvement of liasions through the scores after the experimental. Besides, future research would be expected to address the limitations like absence of a mixed-methods approach, as well as the lack of questionnaires and interviews.
