ABSTRACT
The context that the education sector is actively implementing renovation of the general education program,
the development of the capacity of teachers to meet the requirements of the fundamental and comprehensive
renovation of education and training is of key significance. determine the success of the innovation career.
Especially to develop the professional capacity of primary school teachers - the level of education plays a
fundamental role in the national education system. Developing teacher professional competence not only
creates teachers’ ability to adapt to changes in their professional work as well as the standards set for
teachers in professional work (such as teacher career) but also as a motivating factor for teachers.
