ABSTRACT
The article mentions to the current situation of the staff of primary school administrators following to
the standards of principals in Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province. The research results show that: The
actual situation of the contingent of primary school administrators following to the standards of principals
in Dong Hy district is basically sufficient in number, firm ideological stance, good ethics; High sense of
responsibility, dedicated to work. 100% have professional qualifications that meet and exceed standards.
However, the contingent of the primary school administrators in Dong Hy district still has limitations such
as: Self-study, self-improvement skills, management skills are not high, and the capacity of paplying the
information technology is not high, using the foreign languages has not met the requirements, and school
management is not scientific.
