ABSTRACT
Faced with the requirements of educational reform, the contingent of music teachers in lower secondary
schools in Cu Chi district still faces difficulties and inadequacies in terms of quantity, quality and structure.
On the basis of inheriting the theory of teacher development, the article presents the survey results, assesses
the current situation and proposes measures to develop music teachers in secondary schools in the district
Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City.
