ABSTRACT
Orienting professional ethical values is a personality quality reflecting an individual’s choice in
professional ethical values, which is expressed in the perception, attitude and actions that dominate and
realize the values of the chosen professional ethics. Orienting professional ethical values of students at
People’s Public Security academies and universities is a long process and influenced by many subjective and
objective factors. Therefore, it will determine the decision to choose a career, choose the qualities and ethical
values of the profession and affect the perception, emotions and willpower of the individuals, thus forming
the motivation to choose a career forming the motivation to choose a career, the willpower to train and strive
for the students at the People’s Public Security academies and universities.
