ABSTRACT
The current trend of world education is to focus on cultivating learners' communication skills. For
Vietnamese education, developing communication skills is an effective way to achieve the goal of teaching and
ehancing students' capacity. This article introduces the research results of teaching 9th grade "Ivory comb"
using role-playing method to enhance communication skills of junior high school students. The research
results show that it has achieved results in teaching method innovation and met the requirements of teaching
methods and objectives of the junior high school Literature subject following to the current new project.
