ABSTRACT
Teaching facilities play an important role in creating teaching quality and developing vocational
competencies for students, but the management of this medium in many training institutions still has certain
limitations. The paper presents surveying the current situation and proposing measures to manage teaching
facilities according to vocational competency development orientation for students at Dong Thap University. In
the current trend of higher education innovation, the issue of increasing investment in equipping and managing
teaching facilities in universities to serve the training process is an urgent requirement. The management of
teaching high school at Dong Thap University has not brought into full play its effects and effectiveness
towards the goal of developing high-quality occupational human resources.The management of high school
education should bring into full play the functions of the means, effectively support teaching activities, focus
on developing the capacity of learners, implementing the goal of ensuring the quality of education.
