Research and development of secondary school teachers according to professional standards is a necessary issue, with decisive significance in creating changes in the quality of secondary education in localities. Accordingly, from the research results, the article presents some theoretical issues on developing middle school teachers according to professional standards to meet the 2018 general education program.
