Artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually becoming an indispensable part of the 4.0 technology revolution, with widespread applications in many fields, from healthcare, and industry to education. In Vietnam, universities have been looking for ways to integrate AI into the teaching process, bringing many opportunities to improve training quality. However, besides the outstanding benefits, applying AI to teaching still faces many challenges.
