Traditionally, information and data about students are mainly stored in Excel files or printed out for physical storage. This poses some challenges in retrieving student information quickly and efficiently, especially when needed within a short period (one or a few minutes) or when teachers are not at school, outside of working hours, or without the student information records at hand.
To address these issues, our research team has applied Google Contacts for the online management of student information, aiming to improve the methods of storing and retrieving student data
