Abstract

Lang Son is a mountainous, border province in the North with many unique conditions and has consistently ranked among the top provinces nationwide in the digital transformation index for many years, reaching 4th place out of 63 provinces and cities in 2023. This article systematizes the Party's viewpoint on the role of provincial governments in digital transformation, analyzes the practical implementation in Lang Son, and proposes solutions to make digital transformation a driving force for sustainable development.
