Three popular vote of no-confidence models in the world and experiences for Vietnam

Abstract
Vote of no confidence is a common procedure at Parliament in countries around the world as known as a powerful tool for the Parliament to control the Government. This article generalizes the definition, characteristics and categories of the vote of no-confidence, hence focuses on researching vote of no confidence in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of France and the United Kingdom. Based thereon, we draw some experiences for the procedure of casting of vote of confidence in Vietnam.
