Legal framework for finance in tourism real estate trading in Vietnam

Abstract

Tourism real estate trading is a hot issue in the real estate market, especially in the context of the booming tourism market after Covid-19. In order to develop the real estate market in general and tourism real estate in particular, financial issues and relevant legal provisions need to be approached as one of the key factors, the premise for the development of the tourism real estate market. The article discusses some issues related to the legal framework for finance in tourism real estate trading, focusing on: 1) Identifying the nature and content of the “finance” concept in tourism real estate trading; 2) Analyzing the current legal framework for finance in tourism real estate business; 3) Making proposals from a legal perspective to help solve difficulties and obstacles arising in the tourism real estate trading in Vietnam at present.
