Some recommedations on land for commerce and service in the Draft of the Land law (amended)

Abstract

Land for commerce and service is one of the land use types belonging to the class of non-agricultural land under the applicable land law. This type of land is used to build business, service, and commercial establishments and other works for business, service, and commerce. However, the current land law's provisions on land for commerce and service reveal many gaps and inappropriateness, so the potential and strengths in the exploitation and use of this type of land have not been fully promoted. The Draft of the Land Law (amended) has not paid enough attention to land for commerce and service. The article focuses on analyzing the role of land for commerce and service and proposing to improve a number of provisions in the Draft of the Land Law (amended) on land for commerce and service.
