The rights and obligations of households and individuals using land in the Draft of the Land Law (amended)

Abstract

The rights and obligations of households and individuals using land are one of the fundamental and important contents of the 2013 Land Law. However, after the 10-year implementation of the 2013 Land Law, the provisions on rights and obligations of households and individuals using land have revealed some limitations and inadequacies compared to the development of social relations in the current period. Therefore, the Land Law Draft has amended and supplemented those provisions on their rights and obligations. The article points out new points in the Land Law Draft governing the rights and obligations of households and individuals using land and identifies shortcomings and limitations in those provisions; thereby proposing some solutions to improve the law on rights and obligations of households and individuals using land in the Land Law Draft.
