Abstract

The article analyzes and comments on the issue of controlling power in land management by the State approaching from two roles: the role of representing the entire people's ownership of land and the role of land management. On the basis of analyzing and commenting on these two roles of the State, the article points out the inadequacies and unreasonable potential risks of abuse of power in land management by land management agencies if there is no effective power control mechanism. From that basis, the article provides suggestions and recommendations in controlling power in land management in our country; contributing to improving the efficiency of state management of land, preventing corruption, negativity and group interests.
