The experience in controlling E-cigarettes of some countries in the world and suggestion for Vietnamese law

Abstract
E-cigarettes are nicotine-containing products, made up of special ingredients that are completely different from traditional tobacco products. Although appeared recently, it is widely used in countries around the world. From a legal perspective, each country adopts different regulatory policies for this product. The current Vietnamese law still does not have a clear opinion on this issue. It is necessary to study to select appropriate policies to control the harmful effects of e-cigarettes, which are increasingly being used in Vietnam. This article analyzes the experience of some countries in controlling e-cigarettes, thereby proposing legal solutions to have a suitable management policy for this new generation of cigarettes in Vietnam.
