Law on state fiscal incentives to support capital for youth start-ups – Situations and solutions

Abstract
To support capital for youth entrepreneurship, the State can use many different measures, including financial incentives. This measure can be applied directly to youth when starting-up, or indirectly through subjects related to youth entrepreneurship activities. The article focuses on evaluating and analyzing the legal provisions on capital support for youth entreprneurship through financial incentives of the State, thereby clarifying the shortcomings that still exist in the provisions of the law and propose solutions to overcome these shortcomings.
