Legal status of the establishment and operation of funds supporting youth start-ups in Vietnam
Abstract
In the context of more and more intensive international integration and under the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, creative start-up is considered as one of the core factors to create success for businesses and develop the country’s economy. Vietnamese youth, with their enthusiasm and desire to dedicate themselves to their homeland, have been becoming a large and pioneering team in the creative start-up movement in our country. However, in order to start a business successfully, capital is an indispensable factor. Raising capital through start-up funds is currently one of the main capital mobilization channels chosen by young creative start-ups. This article summarizes the current situation of establishing and operating start-up funds to support young people to start business in Vietnam and analyzes related policy barriers, thereby proposes a number of solutions to contribute to solving these barriers.
