Abstract

Labor relations play an important role in society in general and within enterprises in particular. In order to regulate labor relations in harmony, stability and development, the law plays an important role in ensuring the balance between the positions of employees and employers. The Labor Code of 2019 has made more effective adjustments to individual and collective labor relations, ensuring harmonization of interests of the collective of employees and employers. However, some regulations still do not meet the requirements set out in response to the context of international integration. The article studies a theoretical framework to assess the impact of the 2019 Labor Code on labor relations to reflect on legal theory and the practice of applying regulations in real life. On that basis, the article proposes solutions to improve the legal corridor on labor relations; adjust issues related to the employer's representative organization, the employee's representative organization and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the application of the law on labor relations to ensure the rights and interests of the collective. employees and employers in the current period.
