Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the resale right of author of artwork in the European Union - Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), including: definition, history of resale right and the approach of resale rights in some countries. The article also analyzes and give comments on the provisions of the resale right in the EVFTA as well as the possibility and conditions to incorporate it into Vietnamese laws.
