Law on Adoption 2010 - Limitations, inadequacies and directions for improvement

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the basic contents of the Law on Adoption 2010, including: general provisions, adoption conditions, legal consequences of adoption, termination of adoption. In each content, there are some problems and inadequacies that need to be amended and supplemented; thereby, the article makes recommendations to improve the law on adoption to ensure that adoption is for the right purposes, and ensures the rights and interests of the subjects in the adoption relationship, especially children.
