Principles and forms of the inheritance of cultural sense of morality in Vietnamese legislation process
Abstract
The inheritance of cultural sense of morality has becoming not only necessary requirements for the law itself but also an important step to build up, preserve and develop a modern but unique culture. In Vietnam, this activity has been mentioned in some Communist Party ‘s documents for a long time, which underpinne that traditional values, ethical values in particular, must be preserved and promoted. Besides numerous positive outcomes, it is undeniable that our national cuture has experienced a serious deterioration. Therefore, comprehensive research is required for the purpose of finding solutions to preserve and promote a new, modern and humanitarian culture. This article aims at discussing the principles and forms of the inheritance of cutural sense of morality in legislation in Vietnam nowadays.
