Abstract
There exists a reciprocal relationship between the right to live in a clean environment and the right to ownership. The right to ownership can be restricted in cases of necessity to ensure the right to live in a clean environment and vice versa. This article studies the relationship and interactions between the right to live in a clean environment and the right to ownership, evaluates the effectiveness of the law in balancing this relationship, and proposes some solutions to imrpove its effectiveness.
