The right to request enforcement of unappealed parts in first-instance judgment under current appellate procedures

Sexual harassment of workers in the workplace is common and increasingly becoming serious. Measures to prevent this phenomenon have been stipulated in the 2019 Labor Code and other legal documents. However, in reality, these regulations are rarely applied due to the limited awareness of involved individuals and the lack of responsibility from agencies and organizations responsible for protecting workers. The article studies the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code on sexual harassment in the workplace, analyzes the current status of application over the years and offers some solutions to improve the effectiveness and increase the responsibilities of relevant organizations.
