The law’s value in regulating social relationship

Abstract

The law has become increasingly valuable when it comes to regulating social relationship, particularly in the process of building a rule-of-law state. However, since there are conflicting arguments regarding the values of the law in regulating social relationship, it is necessary to unify the concept of the law’s values and to understand the government’s attitude towards the use of law in the past and present. This unification helps create a methodology to build a set of criteria for evaluating the law’s values and to develop appropriate methods for implementing these values. The article aims at clarifying the concept of the law’s values in regulating social relationship, as well as other implications.
