Provisions of the 2015 Penal Code on violations in multi-level marketing - Some recommendations

Abstract
Violations in multi-level marketing is first regulated in the 2015 Penal Code. The article analyzes the basic contents relating to violations in multi-level marketing, and identifies some common violations and the basis of criminal identification for such crimes. It also makes some recommendations to refine the criminal composition of such crimes.
