Promoting the effectiveness of technical support provided by the United Nations’ Organs in Vietnam

Abstract
The United Nations’ technical assistance in Vietnam’s legislative activities is one of the significant international activities mentioned in Decree No. 56/2020/ND-CP on management and use of official development assistance (ODA) and concessional loans granted by foreign donors. This article evaluates the current phenomenon of technical assistance activities in Vietnam through some specific case studies and gives some recommendations for improving the effectiveness of such activities, with the aim of building and refining the concept of a socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam and international integration.
