Recommendations for improving the provisions on the effective date of contracts

Abstract

Contract is a popular civil transaction which involves different entities, and could be regulated by different legal documents such as the Civil Code, the Law on Land, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Notarization… Currently, provisions on effective date of contracts in these documents remain conflicting, which requires urgent amendments. This article seeks to identify these conflicts and propose some recommendations to solve this problem and achieve total unification betweenf provisions on the effective date of contracts.
