Several issues of civil procedures law arising out of the practice on resolution of disputes over land use rights contract

Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing and assessing several civil procedurual issues arising out of contractual dispute resolution practices over land use rights in courts, therefrom proposing the application of the law in issues including: Competence to resolve contractual disputes over land use rights; determination of the subject who has the right to initiate a lawsuit and the subject whose rights and obligations are related to the resolution of contractual disputes over land use rights; the statute of limitation to initiate a lawsuit over land use rights contract.
