Vietnam's civil procedure law in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution

Abstract

The article analyzes and interprets the Party's policies towards Vietnam's civil law in the context of the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution as well as identifying the achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that have an impact on the civil justice field and the applicability of these achievements in refining Vietnam's civil procedure law. On the basis of these research results, the article analyzes the philosophy and experiences of France, Germany and the European Union in the legalization of technical issues, thereby proposing solutions to improve the legal system. Vietnam's civil procedure law meets the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
