Abstract
An enterprise manager is a concept that is no longer a new one, and has long been accessed to legal life in countries around the world as well as in Vietnam. However, the internal framework of the enterprise manager concept under the current law of Vietnam remains unclear, causing different understandings and applications in practice. The article focuses on clarifying the internal contents of the concept of enterprise manager in accordance with Vietnamese law; points out a number of inadequacies and problems with the application of the law on such matter.
