The laws on public debt and some commments

Abstract

Public debt is a phenomenon that has been studied a lot in recent years, when public debt is becoming a burden for governments and people in many countries. The laws of countries, including Vietnam, also regulate issues related to public debt better. Through the analysis of theoretical and legal contents and some general comments on public debt, the article clarifies the following basic contents: the concepts of public debt; signs of the law on public debt; structures of the law on public debt, and makes some comments on this issue.
