A comparison of standard form contract with several similar legal terms

Abstract
Standard form contract is one of the most common types of contract in daily life. Nevertheless, in addition to standard form contracts, there still remains several similar legal terms and it is necessary to distinguish the differences amongst them to ensure the compatibility in the process of law implementation. The article compares the standard form contract with a number of terms such as: “contract form”, “general transaction conditions”, “accession contract” and “model terms” to clarify the nature of each term, thereby proposing the application of appropriate terms according to each legal context.
