Regulations on responsibility for implementing the code of conduct of people with positions and powers
Abstract
Regulations on responsibility for implementing the code of conduct of people with positions and powers are the regulation group that creates a legal basis to require such group to perform their official duties impartially, with integrity and no corruption. Therefore, international law as well as the national laws of many countries around the world have regulated this issue in different aspects. By comparing the regulations on responsibility for implementing the code of conduct of people with positions and powers of the 2018 Anti-Corruption Law with the United Nations’ Convention and regulations of some countries, the article assesses the compatibility of these provisions with international law and points out similarity of them and the laws on this issue of some other countries.
