Perfecting the regulations on guardianship for minors – a legal practice-based view

Abstract
Regulations on guardianship for juveniles have revealed certain shortcomings in the processes of law enforcement, typically in adjudicating cases committed by juveniles. Therefore, in addition to analyzing several theoretical issues on minors and their guardianship, the article focuses on analyzing aspects related to the implementation of legal regulations on minors and guardianship for minors. Thereby, the article would like to make recommendations to improve the mechanism for identifying guardians for minors, especially minors who are street and orphaned children. It also points out some cases where the guardian in charge of the minor refuses guardianship, or the guardian of the minor is a legal entity.
