Legislative delegation and supervision of legislative delegation in New Zealand and suggestions for Vietnam

Abstract

The paper offers an analyis of main issues on legislative delegation and controlling legislative delegation in the law and practice of New Zealand and on that basis, some ideas on this regard are suggested for the law and practice of Vietnam.
