Improving the training quality of commercial dispute resolution skills at Hanoi Law University
Abstract
In the market economy, trade relations are becoming more and more diverse and complex. Therefore, disputes arising within the commercial sector are inevitable. In order to settle such disputes, enterprises now have a clear tendency to seek dispute settlement methods. From this practical demand, Hanoi Law University has organized the course “Commercial Dispute Resolution Skills” as the full-time university training program (major in Economic Law) with the form of an elective course. On the basis of analyzing and evaluating the current status of training in commercial dispute resolution skill, the article proposes some recommendations to improve the training quality of this course, therefore contributes to the improvement of the quality of bachelor's degrees in Hanoi Law University, which will increasingly meet the social demands.
