Abstract
The article provides scientific analysis and comments on the provisions of employees’ rights to unilaterally terminate the labour contract under the 2019 Labour Code. The content revolves around several issues related to the right of an employee to unilaterally terminate the labour contract, such as: legal basis for termination, procedures and legal consequences of termination. Thereby, the article shows new points about an employees’ rights to unilaterally terminate the labour contract pursuant to the 2019 Labour Code as well as the theoretical and practical basis of these provisions.
