Criminal judgment execution agencies and criminal judgment execution management agencies following the Law on execution of criminal judgments 2019

Abstract

The Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments 2019 has made many amendments and supplements to criminal judgment execution and criminal judgment execution management agencies in order to improve its effectiveness of criminal judgment execution and to guarantee convicted human rights. The article focuses on clarifying new provisions in Chapter II of the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments 2019 regarding criminal judgment execution agencies, State agencies in the management of criminal judgment execution; explains the necessity and suitability of these new regulations to practical requirements.
