Administration-law interdisciplinary approach to govern modern state: global experience and application in Vietnam

Abstract

This article analyses theoretical and practical changes in the model application  of state development from international experiences. Instead of growth-focused state modes, Viet nam has drawn the lesson for public governance reforms  from emerging forms of development-oriented state in several countries. Development-oriented states in the world tend to favour administration – law interdisciplinary approach in law making and law enforcement. From these perspectives, the article analyzes the issues in law making and law enforcement in Vietnam to ensure a simple and effective government from the experience of modern development-oriented governance.
