25 years of legal harmonization and transformation of Vietnam to implement ASEAN member country’s obligations

Abstract

The legal harmonisation and legal transformation are two debatable issues discussed in the conferences of legal and judicial officials of ASEAN countries. Different theory and practice are quite diverse in terms of this group. In Vietnam, the study of legal harmonisation and legal transformation within ASEAN remains limited for different reasons. This article discusses the practice related to the 25 years of legal harmonisation and legal transformation of Vietnam to implement ASEAN member country’s obligations within the framework of this organization.
