Electronic labour contracts – Legal aspects and practical possibility

Abstract

Electronic media plays an important role in transmitting information and is the basis for parties in establishing commercial or civil relations. In terms of labour relations, for the first time, the Labour Code has recognized a method of entering into labour contracts via electronic means. The article examines some of the legal issues facing electronic labour contracts and evaluates the requirements set out when applying electronic labor contracts into practice; at the same time, the article proposes a number of solutions to contribute for the legal corridor for electronic labour contracts in the current time.
