Abstract
Notarization and certification are legal protection activities for contracts and transactions. Under current regulations, individuals and legal entities have the right to choose between notarization and certification for their contracts and transactions. This article clarifies the differences in the scope and legality of these two activities, and gives some recommendations to improve the law for legally protecting contracts and transactions as well as protecting the right of individuals and legal entities to choose between notarization and certifiaction.
