The social security responsibility of enterprises for employees in the sustainable development

Abstract

Social security for employees is a form of corporate social responsibility. If an enterprise ensures good social security responsibility, not only the employees' lives but also the sustainable development of its business will be improved. This article discusses the corporate social security responsibility - a form of corporate social responsibility, analyzes the forms of corporate social security responsibility, examines the social security responsibilities of enterprises in Vietnam and introduces some legal issues to ensure the sustainable development of businesses in the process of international integration. With such research content, the article aims to plan and build regulations on social security for businesses in Vietnam.
