Problem-solving skills in learning activities of Hanoi Law Univesrity students
Abstract
The paper is about a study to evaluate problem-solving skills in learning activities of Hanoi Law University students by surveying 484 students. The research findings reveal thatthe problem-solving skills in learning activities of Hanoi Law University students are at an average level. The research also shows that there are several factors affecting the problem-solving skills in learning activities of the students, in which: the most influential factor is thinking ability,followed by students’ knowledge on leaning activities, fields of study as well as their learning motivation and learning attitude; and the least influential factor is psychological atmosphere. On that basis, the paper offers some recommendations to improve the problem-solving skillsin learning activities of Hanoi Law University students.
