t Criminal liability of legal entities in the Republic of Austria and experience for Vietnam

Abstract

The paper analyses the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Austria on criminal liability of legal entities and thereby identifies the nature, contents and legislative techniques of making those provisions. On that basis, the paper draws experience to which Vietnam may refer for improving the provisons of the 2015 Criminal Code related to criminal liability of commercial legal entities.
