t Reforming the lawmaking thought in our country at present

Abstract

international integration has faced challenges to  the  law development  and improvement, which requires Vietnam soon to create a new and open legal framework, ensuring a comprehensive and real integration for multilateralisation and diversification of areas. In this context, reforming legal thought in gereneral and lawmaking thought  in particular has been defined as a breakthrough which is basic and important to all aspects of the legal life. This paper analyses general perception of lawmaking thought. It offers an overview of the status quo and the need of reforming the lawmaking thought since the DOI MOI (renovation) up to now. The paper then proposes solutions to continue the reform of lawmaking thought  in our country at present.
