Theoretical issues of the process formaster’s and doctoral admission and training
Abstract
For a training institution, the admission and training process is always considered as the spine of training activities. In the context that Vietnam has gradually implemented higher education reform, it is neccessary and useful to research and clarify theoretical issues of the process for admission and training (including master’s and doctoral admission and training). The paper discusses to clarify some theoretical issues of the process for master’s and doctoral admission and training as a core content of modern higher education governance.
